If and only if you are an author of an accepted LCN conference and workshop paper and you need a visa and a Letter of Invitation (LoI), please send an email to Prof. Dr. Burkhard Stiller, LCN 2009 Local Arrangements Chair, which needs to include all of the following information:

1. Full given and first name
2. Affiliation of the author
3. Full postal address of this affiliation
4. Fax number
5. E-mail address
6. Attach the IEEE registration confirmation

Authors of accepted LCN conference and workshop papers — Please note that you need to complete the author registration for LCN 2009 FIRST!
